Removing interior panels?

In the 4g how do I take the door sills off and the big panels next to the backseats? Do parts snap on and off, if so which parts?
thanx

What door sills do you want to take off? Are you talking about the entire door panel?

Just be careful when pulling, so you don't crack the cheap plastic. Also, try to pull straight out, not at an angle.

Those clips like to shoot around
