Removing the flywheel

Anyone have any good tricks to removing the flywheel without an impact gun? is there any trick to get the flywheel to stay in one place and not spin while i remove the bolts?

and another question....

why cant i use the jdm h22a distributer (internal coil) instead of my external coil distributer?
