removing exhaust mani and intake mani

Hey, I am taking off the head to get to the head gasket. I am kind of new with honda's but mainly it is all the same concept..

I have the whole exhaust manifold unbolted except the bracket bolt. It is not budging at all. The only tool I think that is possible to use is a wrench because a socket doesn't fit. I have put about 2 1/2 hours trying to figure out a way to unbolt it..but its just too tight. any advice for this would be appreciated.

I also just have another question you guys may be able to answer..on the bottom end of the intake manifold how many bolts are there?

info: 1992 prelude 137k miles.

you can try to use a ratchet and a swivel.

there are 3 bolts connecting the main header to the lower portion and 3 more bolts connecting it to the cat.

If I'm not mistaken there are the same amount of nuts on the top part of the intake manifold ports as the bottom, they are just shifted.
+ + + + +
+ + + + + <-Kinda like that

And on the exhaust, if I remember right. The bolt that actually needs to be turned is the bolt that is on the side the bottom of the car is on. Like it comes up through the hole to a welded on cap that's on the top half that you actually see.
