all you have to do is get a set of needle nose pliars that can fit in the little groves on the top of the antenna. somewhere out there , there exists a special socket for htis, but needle nose pliars work if you are careful not to scratch the paint. unscrew the top piece, then, go into the trunk, pull out the trunk lining stuff, and unbolt the motor on the bottom, and pull out the drain tube and the wiring harness and you are done
