remover PS belt and my car is way too hard to turn...
I dont see how ou guys drive without it, It is supposed to get easy once you start moving but mine dident. It was hard as crap to turn. But it certainly did pull sooooooo much hared in VTEC and in lower end! Is there anything to do to make it easier to steer without Power steering?
ROFLMAO... I used to drive a truck with no PS. After a while you WILL get used to it and it'll be easier for you to turn the wheel. Just give it some time.

I dont know about you guys but my car was fast as crap, I have a 93 VTEC, now I dont know if there any different then any other prelude but mine CERTAINLY was faster in VTEC and in low end. It dident lag any on regular driving either.
Isent the a way that when you take out the whole power steering assembly you can fell the rack with somthing to make it easier to turn?
im pretty sure that cars that dont come with p/s from the factory aren't as hard to turn as the ones that do with the pump removed. i think there's some sort of thing that assists the non p/s cars. don't know if you can find something like that because i think they all came with p/s?
Manual steering racks are just a rack and pinion. Steering wheel turns the pinion over the rack and moves the rack back and forth. P/s needs the hydraulics to operate normally. Taking it out of the equation leads to you having to do the extra work of what the hydraulics would usually assist you in. *shrugs* Something like that.

Heard of the placebo effect. From how much you are raving about this you have to be somewhat out of it. Powersteer draws very little to now power unless you are turning. Also its not that hard to turn with out power steering.
