Removal of front license plate holder ???

How do you remove the front license plate holder ? I have a 93 Si, and it looks as if it is attached to the front bumper but I don't see any screws underneath or anything. Does anyone know ?? Thanks.

If it's not screws, it's probably some kind of glue, or double-sided, foam sticky tape.

There screws!!!. Just take off the license plates first and there are two screws behind it holding the holder.

Yeah, just take off the plate and there should be two screws holing it to the bumper. I took mine off and used a little Meguiar's to polish off the area where the plastic meets the paint... it looks way better with the front holder off.

I really don't like the liscence plate holder. It sticks out to much. I never had one so I hope a don't get a ticket anytime soon for it.

Slick idea. I was pulled over for no front plate, and the cop told me it had to be secured to the car with screws or bolts. I wonder if he was BS'ing with me. I'm gonna try that tommorrow

Take the plate off...and the 2 screws are fastened underneath the bumper piece...so go up...waaaaay up behind the plate at like 90 degrees and you'll see them. They're right there...

I just had to buy one cause I got a ticket
