What do you mean by redline starting?

If you have a h22, your redline is 7600 rpm (or fuel cutoff, can't remember).

If you have other engines, their redline is lower. H23 is like 6800 rpms (again, somewhere around there, I can't remember)

One of those clusters is from a vtec model with a H22, the other (bottom) cluster is from an Si model with a H23.
