Keep the H23. H22 has frm sleeves, not good for boosting with substantial psi. rods are a weak point on the h23, so if you want to make that much power, build the bottom end at least. Also get ARP headstuds so you don't lift the head. You'll probably need supporting mods in the head to make that power, like cams/gears valves, etc.

Thats a big claim. Not going to make that much power? at all? ever? thats crazy talk. I made 347/313 on my F22a1 with a turbonetics t3/t4, tuning on emanage ultimate.
