Rebuild Waiting Time..

Hey folks,

I know there are a few of you getting rebuilds. Just curios to see how long you have been waiting for yours.

I was hoping to get mine back by tomorrow but they are having trouble finding connecting rods bearings for the car... I took holidays for next week (just so I could drive the car) and will be going to the Sin City show in Detriot at the end of the month which limits my prep time.

Just want to know if others are sharing my pain. It's been almost 7 months now I've been without the car.

NOTE: WTF is my sig pic not working now??

It takes MONTHS to do a rebuild? Wouldn't a new engine swap be a smarter idea? This worries me, b/c I was considering a rebuild.

Damn, my car needs a rebuild soon. Going on to 200,000 km's and it seems everything is going to ****s on me. Just had oil leak from the cam area and the car is going in the shop tomorrow. This happened right after the week I replaced my distributer!!! cost me $600cdn for the distributer

Hey 93SRVMAN, are you gonna be displaying your car at the sin city show? I live in Windsor and I'm always hoping to see nice Preludes fixed up. The state of the Import scene in this city is pretty disappointing. I wish we had something like the TPC in Windsor.

Peace
