Rear wheel drive.

Okay so i got another prelude. This one I'm going to do the rear wheel drive, rear engine converstion. Has any one else done this? If anyone has, I need tips on how to do this. Btw I'm 16 so any advice on tuning is nice! Thanks everyone!

Best advice your going to get is don't do it. You could probably buy an NSX for the cost of doing it right. Not worth it.

+1

yeah it's been done, but unless you know the right people that are willing to do this for peanuts, get ready to give up some cash, your left nut and possibly a limb.

I've made true custom cars before so I know about the money and the problems of finding help, but this is just a project I want to do. Plus I can do most of the work, I have my own shop.

Still...it's not worth it for anything other than the novelty of doing it. What are you trying to gain with the RWD conversion? Do you plan on actually driving it on the street?

Yeah, it's mainly just to do it, and for the driving thing I do plan to drive it on the street.
