I never saw a 4WS one up close before, can you take a pic of what you mean?? b/c in all the manuals i read the controller or maybe i am wrong is like in the back seats, like how the ABS is on the rear passenger side panel... But I dunno what it looks like...
i tried to do that with my 92 4ws.
would not fit cause of the 4ws box on the rear driver side seat.
it sucks but i bet you can make it fit if you want to move the electronic 4ws box somewhere else. hey any chance if you know if a rear tie bar like the dc sports one will fit the 92 4ws preludes? it's the short bar that mounts underneath the rear of the car... i haven't seen any 4ws prelude who has the rear tie bar... just wondering if it fits... i like how they look... alright i hope it helps, peace

I have a GAB upper rear STB on my car, but it came like it from Japan so I couldn't say if there were any fitment problems.
Not much help really, except that it is possible.
Just unbolt it and rotate it counter-clockwise 90 degrees. Three of the holes will line up so you can re-use the bolts or you can just use screws instead if you want to put something in all 4 holes. I just have the 3 bolts holding mine and it is secure.

Cool. Ill take a look when I get the car back. Also, is the torque spec the same fore the rear as the front? And does the rear strut bar make a big difference over just the front?

I don't know if the torque specs are the same but they probably are. I did the front and rear at the same time so I don't know if you'll get better results from one or the other or as a combination. I can say that I noticed a difference with the both of them installed.

I installed the front only and felt a noticable difference. I have a generic rear one (20 bucks), which I will install when i get the car back. No reason not to...
