Rear defroster isn't working anymore

Yesterday I changed my hood latch because my old one get suck in the winter, After I got done i checked everything if they were working. The only thing that isn't working is the rear defroster. I checked the fuse under the hood and under the dash. Not sure what can be wrong. Can someone help? anyway i can rewire it or something to fix it?

I think when i took out the hood cable around the fuse box, a wire under the dash might have got knocked off. Not sure how to check.
