You have to remove the backrest of the rear seats, the center speaker cover, the 2 rear speakers, and the 2 arm rests on the sides. After you get all of those out, pull the cover out, you might have to bend it slightly.

heres what i did to stop it from rattling, go to your local home depot and get some "great stuff" it expanding spray foam. spray it up through the holes under the declid form the trunk. Just be careful with it, and make sure you give it room to expand. It dries into a hard adhesive foam, goodbye rattles!

i was thinking of doing that, but i was scared of putting too much and then having a lumpy rear deck, lol.

did u fill in all the gaps, or only put small amounts of foam here and there?

I filled in the gaps, just used my head, and didn't go crazy, just leave the holes open after you spray it in, so that the foam will expand through those holes instead of up through the space between the deck and the rear glass. After it dries you can cut away the excess that bulges out of the under-deck holes...oh, and wear gloves when you apply it, it sticks to your hands really bad..
