Rattling Noise

When i start my car in the morning, or when it is cold outside there is this low pitch rattling noise that comes from the rear. It happens at low RPM`s. It is coming from the rear, sounds like the trunk area maybe. Help me out guys, it is really annoying.

I hear a flapper in my trunk that leads out to the side marker. Usually only happens when I crank my stereo but it might be another option. Can you be a little more specific. Like... if it happens when you go over a bump or just at low RPMs. Have you checked your spare to see that it is tightened?

Maybe it's the rear deck lid, where your two 6.5" speakers sit. Those things rattle notoriously, as do trunk linings, or any other panel/piece back there. Hondas like to rattle.
