Rare 4th Gen Storage Box

Hi guys, I was wondering whether anyone can tell me if this item is rare and if so, just how rare?

Basically, it's a storage box that clips onto the front of the passenger seat. I have spoken to a few people on PreludeUK and nobody has ever seen one in the flesh. Apparently, they were an optional extra with the lude was first released.

I'd consider selling it if anyone is interested, as I don't use it.

No it's just that the 4th gens glove box is joke. All you can fit in there is your registration and misc papers. With the addition of this storage you actually have some room to put stuff.

I see. So is this a rare item at all then? Sounds like it's pretty rare in the UK at least.

I've heard pre-pass. airbag, the glove compartment was somewhat better. I don't know though.

that is a big negative, peter. my 93 (without airbag) had room for a bigger glovebox, but still had that small one

Nope, the JDM model is just as bad. Mine was anyway (non-airbag BB4).

I like how its transparent but tinted, sort of matching the dash. But in all honesty I think it looks ridiculous attached to the front of the passenger seat. Maybe you could install it somewhere else and make a custom sex-blocker for us later model revised interior guys.

EDIT: Just realized this would be an awesome passenger airbag plug... if its even the same size.

Some guy in the UK has offered me £50, so if you can beat that, make me an offer. Bear in mind that the item is in the UK, so postage is likely to be costly.
