41 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater
--Where is this located? and is it a terrible thing to leave unfixed?

the o2 sensor is located on the header downpipe, if you look underneath you car where ( i think its before the catalylic converter) its right on top of the pipe. you can purchase an aftermarket one at oxygensensors.com for a great price. i just got mine installed and works fine an i actually got better mileage

There's only one O2 sensor on 4th gens (excluding 96's) and its right before the cat.

They malfunction with time, usually 100k or so. How many miles are on your car?

It's your O2 sensor. I got the same CEL code 41. Gotta order me a new one but they are so darn expensive for the OE ones!! Anyone have experience with the NGK sensors with the OE plug?
