rally type springs or struts that RAISE the height

Im going to export my prelude to a country that has mostly dirt and mud roads and harsh driving conditions, since the stock suspension set up is too low and unsuitabe for these driving conditions, i need a suspension set up that can take potholes and dirt roads, is there any way that i can raise the body and get a tougher suspension, i guess rally driving conditions are comparable to what i will be putting the car through on an almost a daily basis..... is it possible, and if so, what is the price range you think i will be looking at for the whole setup??

also, can coilover springs only drop the suspension? or can you just keep it the same?
