radio problem

hey I am doing some jdm mirrors and hope like hell I did not screw something up I have checked the radio fuse and clock accessory fuses under the dash and they are ok but I was going to use the main 12volt red power off the radio to power the relay for the mirrors-- I hooked it up and the relay made an awful sound noise I then unpluged it and checked the fuses I did not think anything was wrong untill I tried to power on the radio it is a sony f7000 cd player anyway I pushed the reset button on the stereo and it blinked flashed red like it was working and it will accept and reject cds however it will not play the radio cd or radio.. I checked all fuses does anyone have an idea as to why the radio will not power on or off --- please please help...

yea its called the accessory fuse, under the dash. It can blow whenever you get a short on wires related to you ignition accessories which have power whenever your turn your ignition key to accessory 1 or 2.
