What is the best way to get these off? I am having a hard time getting the two little ones on the bottom and the large one. They're literally glued on and in awkward places so it's hard to get a good hand on them. Also, I'm trying to re-use them, so you guys have any ideas how to get them off?
I would try prying them off with a flat head screwdriver, working it slowly around the inside of the hose. Then again, my methods aren't always the most sound.

yeah, the hot water should definitely help, coincidentally it's also a good sollution to getting sap off your car. If you have a plastic flat head screwdriver, that would be better, but if you're using a metal one, try duct-taping the head so you don't damage any of the necks where you're prying the hose off. Let us know how much (or little) luck you have.
Alright, I used a flathead (actually two because I used different sizes :P) and put soap on it. Works pretty good. However, if you're doing flathead to metal (like the engine side of the hoses), I'd suggest putting duck tape over the end because it'll scratch up the metal. I didn't do it for the first one and realized this :P.
