Radiator fan

Hey all! Just wondering if anyone's had this prob before. The four top welds on one of my radiator fans have busted apart (cleanly) but will still fit together. Does anyone know if this is something that can be re-welded?

??? Your radiator fan is welded to your radiator?? I'm asuming it's not oem? OEM fans are plastic and are just screwed into the radiator at 3 points from what I rememeber when I replaced mine lol

I had the radiator replaced a few years back, so it was when i didn't know too much about my lude. The fan is plastic, but i think it is the brackets it was screwed to that came loose. Maybe I can get some pics in the morning so maybe someone can help!

you answered your own question. If you think it's the screws, just scope it out. Tighten them if needed and see if it fixes it. Don't need to waste your time taking a picture if it works out heh.

Thats just it, there isn't anywhere to screw where it came loose. The screws are still attached to the brackets, but the brackets aren't attached to the radiator anymore... I am hoping it could be an easy fix as in i don't have to get another radiator
