radiator cap question

quick question, i got my spoon cap today. My question is how do i do the installation. Just pop the other cap off and put the new one on? Do i have to change the fluid if i open the cap. Sorry if this is stupid but i wanted to check before i make a dumb mistake.

Yep, that's it. Take the old off, put on the pretty new one.

I thought the spoon cap was made like the OEM but held more pressure... something like 1.3 Kpa vs 1.1 Kpa (or whatever units it was)

unless you get the spoon thermostat and intensely drive your car you wont notice a difference... its mostly a $30 cosmetic add on

1.35 for the Spoon actually, the Mugen is 1.3. I don't recall the units off the top of my head either.
