I would like a bigger better radiator for my 92Si, who makes it and where can I get one for a good price. If I change the radiator do I need to change anything esle?

Modine makes a 2 core radiator for the Si. You can get it at Advanced Auto parts for about 150 bucks. You don't need anything else to swap the radiator, but I would recommend swapping out the thermostat if it's never been done, since you will have all the coolant drained. I recommend only stock honda thermostats. the aftermarket ones are really cheap units, and I would be concerned about failure. if you do swap the thermostat as well, then make sure the weep hole is in the top position when installing the new one.

Doc, do you feel that even Spoon and/or Mugen t-stats are poor in quality?

It wouldn't even be relevent to mention them seeing as neither work in an H23 application. I would just run a lower temp honda thermo.
