"Race" setting on 4Bidden Shifter OK for Daily Driver??

Like everyone else, once i got my 4Bidden short shifter, i was very pleased with it...I have been and am currently running it on the middle slot...for the first few months, i could definately feel the difference...now that its been way over 6 months, i was wondering if there was anybody out there that ran it on the "race" setting on their daily driver?? I know that 4Bidden doesn't recommend this, but i kno theres gotta be a few guys out there that has done it anyway...TIA

I only use the race setting, shorter and quicker is always better. After awhile it feels normal! Until you drive someone elses car, and you realize how good you have it.

Website will be up asap. On my way home just now I told myself I would get started TODAY.

You wont hurt anything with it on the top or I wouldnt have made it. I say I dont recommend it just like a lot of the parts we buy arent meant to be used on the street...right?

when I put mine up to the top setting it looks like it puts alot of stress on the shift linkages.

there is no stress on linkage if u have it all greased wich is why i said regrease your stuff after you switch things.

O great...now EVERYONE is going to move theirs up

And before anyone asks....it cannot get any shorter than that unless you modify a lot of stuff.

I've had mine on race setting for about a year now, still going strong, wish I'd done a better job hacking up my console to make it work BIG difference when you hop into your friend's Camry or something LOL
