Well the sunroof trim is down because i had to sand and prime the sunroof and it still needs to be painted. The rear middle is apart so i could put in the VTEC rear 6x9 mount. Its still apart cause as you can see there is no speaker in there and there is no purpose to putting it all together when i have to take it apart again.

I was about to ask that too.

How is this useful? Why would you need it at half mast?

Over in Japan I suppose with big buildings, radio signals get bounced around maybe causing interference when the antenna is up all the way. Could also be for clearance issues in parking or other areas maybe? On the Top Gear episode with the NSX TypeR, they claimed Honda said the half-mast antenna feature was for aerodynamics
