quick questions regarding H23 timing belt tensioner
Hey, I'm doing the manual tensioner swap on my H22 and Im kinda stuck on this step. I have the timing belt back on with the manual tensioner, but I don't know what the tensioning sequence is. Could someone list the steps, or better yet, email me the pages out of the helms manual? Would really appreciate it. Thanks!

With the engine at TDC....

Loosen adjusting nut
Tighten adjusting nut
Rotate crank 3 teeth counter-clockwise
Loosen adjusting nut
Tighten adjusting nut
