Questions about OBDI JDM H22A into '96 OBD II Prelude

My problem is I cannot find any definite information on putting this swap into a 96. There is plenty of info on putting in OBDI 4th gens and OBDII 5th gens but not much about the OBDII 4th gen. I figured alot of it would be similar to the 5th gen swap but through my reading it appears that some may be different.

I have done TONS of b-series and d-series swaps, as well as swaps in other genres of cars, but never really messed with an H series. I do not have a problem with anything I just need some definite answers as soon as possible so I can tell the guy I am doing the swap for the extra things he needs to buy.

So far what I have somewhat come up with is this:

---JDM OBD I ECU
---OBDI--OBDII Conversion harness
---OBDI H-series Oil Pump
---New Crank Angle Sensor
---Auto Tensioner (is this really necessary though??)

Here is where I have some questions:
+ Since the car is OBD II does it still come with a resistor box??
+ Will I have any Harness problems using the OBDII Engine Harness besides having to wire up vtec.
+ Is buying a new oil pump with a new sensor the only way to go about doing that even with using a JDM Distributor?
+ I understand that you can use the USDM H23 Distributor on the H22 instead of modifying the JDM one, but if the H23 is OBDII this won't work, leaving me no choice but to modify the JDM Distributor. Is this correct?

Other than what is listed or question is there ANYTHING else that I would need to know or find out more information on and especially anymore thing that need to be purchased for putting this into a 96?

Thanks for all yalls help, most of the other websites had not near the info I have found here. It has already been worth the money I spent to sign up.

I'm not sure on the Oil Pump and the Crank Angle Sensor. If you don't want to use an auto-tensioner you could always swap in a manual tensioner from the H23.

Yes
No
Dunno
For the Distrubutor I'd work on using an H23 OBDI dist. The OBDII dist won't work. I don't think.

That might make wiring VTEC in a little easier.

Thanks. I know how to wire vtec and stuff. and I know the distributor won't work. That is may main concern.

I need to know what to do with the distributor.

+ Can't use 96 because its OBD II
+ IMO can't use an 92-95 H23 because its made to have the crank angle sensor on the oil pump.
+The JDM distributor has the sensor in the distrubutor but the H23 wiring harness doesn't have the right connectors for that.
+However the JDM distributor can be wired to accept an external coil.

So I am thinking to use the JDM distributor, rewire it to work with the H23 Harness... using external coil and then use the dizzy plugs off the JDM motor and run wires from the ecu to the plug for the sensor.

But do I really have to rewire the distrubutor for an external coil if I am using the JDM ecu?
