question: My Rotors are warped to poo...

My question to you guys is, can I just slap the VTEC Rotors on there or would I have to also remount the Calipers? How much bigger are the VTEC rotors exactly?

I think they are 10.7"(Si) to 11.2"(VTEC)

actually....

the Si rotors are 10.2" and the vtec rotors are 11.1"

If you want to upgrade to the vtec rotors...you will also need change the calipers and caliper carrier. This is what i had to do for my old VW but i'm not 100% sure for preludes. But i'm actually going to upgrade mine soon too.

I'm doing the same upgrade you mentioned right now, so perhaps I can help. I've asked numerous questions about the swap (Si front brakes to VTEC front brakes), and I've found that you won't need to get any additional parts to do the swap. You WILL need some VTEC front calipers & VTEC sized pads for the calipers, but you won't need anything else to adapt the VTEC calipers to your current Si setup. The swap is fairly simple ... you will need to bend back the dust shield to accomodate the new, bigger rotors, as I have just found out.

I just picked up my car from the shop, after getting the VTEC calipers, stainless, braided lines, new pads all around, and some new Powerslot rotors ... DAMN they look nice.

Do the car break alot better? Also, how much is the labor to have all that installed?

drilled/slotted will just add looks. Just go for larger rotors and upgrade to a performance break pad and dual pistion calipers (NSX calipers will work) could opt for wilwood/bear ... should help you stop a little quicker ...

Slotted rotors aren't just for looks. Granted they won't brake as well as 15" rally-sport rotors, they are still quite effective w/ good pads, new, stainless steel-braided lines. Cross-drilled rotors are worthless...

I got Brembo slotted/drilled rotors w/ axis pads and goodridge lines. When cold they are worse than stock but after a few minutes of driving what a diff.

By the way I got my brembos off ebay for $134 per set total $$268
