Question for Koni owners

I just had mine installed with Tanabe Sustec H springs. I wondering what's the best looking way to have adjustability on the rears. As it stands you need to take out the side liners and that sucks. I was think of dremeling a hole, buying some grey carpeting and velcroing a cover in place. But I don't want to make a huge hole that my hand can fit through. I'm wondering if there's an "extender" thing that has the right slot for the top of the Koni. That way I can cut a fairly small hole and use the "extended knob" to adjust the shocks.
