question on jdm headlight wiring

My friend is selling his prelude and is trading me his JDM headlights before he sells his car. I helped him put these in but we wired them wrong. We hooked up the high beams without relays and now the blubs have burnt out. I believe this is why the blubs burned out, but im not sure. I will have to go get some h4 blubs.

d
what kind of relay should i get, is there a specific kind?
I am refering to the wiring diagram on hondaprelude:
http://www.hondaprelude.com/resources/article.asp?id=57

thanks

After all the work you did? Man that's great but painful at the same time...
