question about turbo kits - Honda Prelude Forum

Hi,

I have a 1992 Prelude S and I'm lookin' to add a turbo kit but I was wondering if you all know of any turbo kits that are made for the bottom of the barrel S model lude

I've seen kits for the SI and VTEC models...but none for the S model.

Oh, my S model is also an automatic....don't laugh too much. Anyway, are there turbo kits for automatic trannies too?

use the money you want to buy a turbo and do a h22a swap

The turbo does not touch the transmission. It makes no difference. However your tranny may not be good enough to take the boost too well.

You can check the FORCED INDUCTION forum for all your turbo engines, but they will probably tell you to grab a better motor.

I have seen a turbo on an F22 accord, so anything can be done, it just may have to be custom. Besides custom is cheaper anyway.
