Question about a JDM peice on a USDM lude.

Hey guys, I'm in need of a front subframe/beam for my car, I have a guy you can track me down one and get me one from Japan, so my question is, will this subframe fit on a USDM car?, as far as I'm aware, it should be the exact same shape, as the only thing that effects its shape is the exhaust, and thats in the same place on both JDM and USDM cars, incase some people ain't sure about the part I mean, its part number 3 in this picture.

jw, why would you want one from japan? i mean wouldn't shipping on something like that be more expensive then just going to a junkyard?

Its not that I want a JDM one, its that I can't find one AT ALL, there are no preludes at any junkyards up here, and the guy who can get it from japan gets things all the time, in huge batches, so I won't actually be paying for shipping.

I went and took a look at My piece, Like you said as long as the exhaust is routed in the same place which I'm sure it is, you should be golden. I can't see why it would be any different unless they use a different anti-sway bar in the front or a thicker diameter one?

I'd try giving Import Auto Salvage a call first.

I'm in Canada, plus getting it from anywhere outside my city will cost a fair amount with shipping, and I've tried all the places here to try and find a lude, and finding a 4th gen is impossible, so its either New/or get it from japan (sounds crazy), unless someone in my area or a surrounding close city has one.
