Cars with black interiors have grey A-Pillars and headliners. In fact, most cars with dark interiors use lighter colors for the pillars and roof . . . the lighter color makes the interior space feel more "spacious". Same concept as painting the cealings in you house a lighter shade than the walls.

Man that is one of the only pets peaves I have about my lude. I always wished the pillars and headliner came in black. Oh well.

I've fibreglass moulded on a dual gauge pod on my driver side so I painted it black which meant I needed to paint the passenger as well. I then had the roof liner reupholstered in black suede. Personally I love the all black interior. Even had my door panel inserts and shift boot done in the suede as well. I find it looks bigger in all black.

I would think it would be darker, which might make it look smaller.?.

I personally like the targa-like switch in the colors.

Suede is nice

I'd send pics but my regular connection is down so I'm on dialup which freezes up everytime I try to post pics. Email me at xilr8ing@hotmail.com and I can forward them to you.
