Question about Focal F5 rims for my lude.

Ok, you guys were so fast on the weight question of my stock rims. I wanted to run this by just-in-case anyone has these rims or know of them. I am wanting to get the Focal F5 17" rims ("http://www.car-rims.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=focf5") for my 94 Honda Prelude (SI). I have seen a 4th gen lude with them (but it is on wingswest.com and is on a demo car for a body kit (the blue lude) so if you want to look there and see it that would be cool. NOW THE QUESTION... will I have to mill the hubs or anyhting to make it fit my 94 lude correctly? I don't want them sticking out tot he side and the lude on wingswest looks perfect. I tried asking diff places for the offest of the rims and the width of them but no ones know Plus, Focals site (focalwheels.com) is just nothing but a huge link page. Oh well, just wondering if anyone knows for sure. I think they look sweet (the silver, not the crome) and are only like 130 a pop. Let me know.

Please, and thanx again in advance.

to add info to the thread, the offset is 4x100 .. I think our "perfect" offset in a 4gen is 4x114.5 for 17x7 wheels with .. 250/45/17 rubber ?? (IIRC) from the faq post in the wheels section for proper tire size.

I've seen the WW 4gen prelude and love it.. would love to have those wheels on my car but focal's are $$ .. some ppl say they're ugly but I think they rule!

I believe you are talking about bolt paterns there. I appreciate the help/info but what the offset is is how far the hub (or mounting part or whatever) is from the center of the rim. I really kinda need to know what the offset is Again, I appreciate it. and yes, I think they rule too. And the are only 130 bux each (not bad)

There used to be a member on this board that had those rims on a 4th gen as well. I can't remember his name, but I doubt he's around anymore. Try doing a search for those rims because I remember a lot of people commented about them.

Oh, and this thread belongs in the Wheel and Tires Forum

those wheels are not that expensive, they used to go on ebay for $300 for a set of 17's
