Question about 17x7 rims with +34 offset

hey guys. i have a 4th prelude and was wondering if you guys ever had problems with this kind of set up.
i have some 17x7 +34 offset rims. the tires that i am using is 215/40/17. and i have no problems with rubbing. but... my question is that when the wheel is on the wheel studs, the studs stick out but just enough for my lug nuts. as in the studs barely pretrudes of the lugnuts. just want to know if there's anyway to make the wheel studs longer but just enough to be safe and short enough so my center cap cover can screw on. if you guys know what i'm talking about please let me know. thanks.
