I'm getting a JDM H22 for accord and I can't decide between Greddy or DC CC header. I currently have DC CC on my car now for almost 2 years and it seems ok, but I here Greddy is better on the H22 and if the Greddy is better quality than DC. I can see where a crack will be form already on the welds on my DC and was wondering of Greddy had cracking problems too? Also is really any temp difference between SS and CC headers? I don't want DC SS cause for that price I may well buy Greddy anyway.
im pretty sure the ceramic coating is supposed to significantly keep heet out, or in in this case. but my friend just got a greddy stainless put on his b16 and its niiiice. and after driving when you pop the hood it isnt too hot and it cools off fast. as long as i have the cash, im going with the greddy when i do my swap.
Anybody have cracking or high underhood temp problems with the Greddy?
I have been leaning toward the Greddy header anyway especially since I'm getting a JDM H22 with 10:6:1 compression and certainly need the larger piping.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated guys, Thanx
I've experience no problem with either. I've had the header over a year and half.
As soon as you start the car for the first time the color changes due to the extreme heat. Honestly, I rather like the blue/purple color that it changes to.
if any of you are interested in this header its going for like 385 shipped on groupbuycenter. check it out....ill probably be ordering mine later this week in preparation for my swap.
Even though your car is OBD II you will still feel a difference because we don't have a better tuned exhaust manifold and downpipe.
I don't have any numbers because I don't take my car to the track but I'll tell you I noticed a slight decrease in low end power but a nice increase in high end. The tach climbs much quicker now than before the header. Before I know it, the needle is at 7000 and I barely have enough time to shift.
My engine is definitely breathing much smoother, the secondary runners are easily heard now, almost like a mini VTEC surge. I feel and hear the runners open around 4000.
If you are asking for proof if the GReddy header actually produces horsepower in a 4th gen, look at what everyone posted above. We all are very happy with the header and are backing it. I think we would have some negative things to say about the product if we all paid in the upper $300 range for a product that performed in a lack-luster manner.

I noticed the same mid-high end gains as Mark. VTEC revs much faster now. I have two friends with 4th gen Prelude VTEC's and they all say mine seems way faster.
