Can you guys look at the nose (area where the hood and bumper come together) on the right side and tell me if that looks right? To me, it looks like it's not flush. Maybe it's a shadow? He says it hasn't been in an accident. Anyways, I'm thinking about getting this.
I see what you mean. It could be a shadow but I doubt it. If anything, I'd say that the hood is somehow twisted out of shape rather than the bumper. Reason being that the bumper seems to be in line with the vents next to the headlights and the headlights themselves. On the second pic down, it looks as though you can see something in the gap, where the swage line in the hood would meet the swage line in the bumper, I'm sure I can 'see inside'.
Looks great for the mileage. I'd rather have the looks of the OEM hood plus I don't have the money for the CF hood. Does CF chip from rocks like paint does?

I have no chips on mine and I have driven across the country with it on. In fact it still looks like it did when I first bought it. I got the FI one so that might make a difference.
I would look at it in person. If the gap just increase while going across all you would probably need to do is tighten the bolts that hold on the actual bumper and adjust the rubber pieces that the hood hits till the gap is gone but the way that gap is something has to be wrong with one of the parts.
I definitely do not think it is a shadow. It looks the same in all the pictures. Try to get him to send you more pictures of that specific area... maybe someone in CA could scope it out for ya?
Did the 93 VTEC`s come with different cloth than the SI`s, because my cloth seats are a different style. Also how come that car has a passenger side airbag? My car is a 93 but doesn`t have a passenger airbag.
