Im putting my new brake rotors on today, and I was just making sure that it would be alright to leave out the 2 screws that hold on the rotor. I had to drill through them. I think it will be okay. What do you guys think?
sub.. ur trippin' man. They don't serve any purpose as soon as they leave the factory. They're only there to hold the rotor to the spindle durring assembly in a factory.
Think about it, how in the world would those 2 screws make any difference, when you have the wheel and lugs holding it on?

i switched to crossdrilled and slotted rotors and it suckedm I drilled out all of those damn screws, the whole project ended up taking me 16 hours including changing all the brake pads. Anyways I drove the whole summer without those screws and was fine, even at high speeds.
