Pullies

Hey guys I did a search and the only info I can find about these is on vtecs. I know they give alot of gain to the vtec b/c of it's lack of low end but I was wondering how much gain I would get in my Si and how hard are they to install. Also what brand of pullies do you guys use and like. Also if there are any reliability issues.

Thanks in advance.

Peace

You can use them on any model Prelude 92-96... install is a mutha if you don't have the proper tools, and by using a butt dyno, gains are noticable. AEM is a great brand of pullies, reliabilty isn't an issue.

Just keep using your stock crank pulley. The aftermarket crank pulleys dont have a harmonic dampener.
No harmonic dampener = death to the #5 main bearing.

By doing this do you need to get a different belt then what is suplied in the kit. Also if I don't use that pullie then which ones would I be using. And how much does the kit cost and what about installation if it's kinda a pain in the butt.

Peace

Aem power pully kit comes with belt...instalation is a mofo if you have only hand tools, but well worth it, alternator pully will cause your headlights to dim at idle if you have a stereo system.

EBAY cost around $135
