pullies

i was trying to find some cheap pullies.. sortta like an e-bay brand which would use an aem as a mold... but couldn't find any..

i did a search but couldn't come up with anything to answer my question

i wanted to know who makes pullies for a 4th gen si besides aem and ur

also.. should i just spend the money and get the aem pulley set?

thanks

john

p.s.

if anybody got a set to sell.. i'm all ears and money

i personally would just spend the money and get the ur pullies, but i suppose aem would be okay too. i am still waiting for my catastrophic engine failure everyone said i would have from installing a light weight crank pulley. that was 37k miles ago and my car now has 230k on it.

You have to be careful with looking for ebay-replica pullies. There is an article on NTPOG (http://www.ntpog.org/reviews/underdrive/pulley.shtml) where they had an ebay-replica crank pulley that appears to have ruined some bearings internally.

Now if you get the AEM or the partial set of UR pullies, you don't have to worry because they don't include the crank pulley. But I wouldn't trust replica pullies in either the P/S or alternator spots either.
