Yessssssah! Slip and slide, get loose! Got more punch than a bowl-a juice!!! Jose's got a good point--get the 5 speed. If you can't drive a stick, now's the time to learn. Get the most outta that engine.

don't you kids understand! Y'all are beginning to sound like a broken record. (that is a round black vinyl disc with sound recorded on it, when they get scratched it plays the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over...., well you get the idea, very annoying.

Sorry I can't help you 92 SI Ludester. I'm sure these youngsters won't believe it now but someday they too will drive an AUTO

lol..poor guy..

92 SI Ludester...from experience I've sat in a car that had the PTS kit and Torque converter...all bias aside...it pulled much harder than a 5 spd..it had neck snapping shifts...I was impressed..it wasn't a Lude (300zx) but the same should apply

So u understand...a PTS kit just beefs up your tranny to handle more power ie. more mods, boost etc. The torque converter is what cuts down the lag of the auto tranny and let u put more power to the ground..

So if you are set on keeping an auto...then u know what to do

LOL Thanks HI HO...my friends all have 5 speeds...i always like to set myself apart...i would rather spend the extra X amount and beef up my auto then to be like everyone else and get the jdm h22 5 speed...not putting anyone down at all with that setup...thats a great swap...but i am always looking at pics of cars and seeing what hasnt been done yet so i can try it out...thats not the only reason why i want auto...i dont like to sit in traffic and have to shift all day long...i use my car for work and its a pain driving with auto where i work
About the PTS kit...if i am going to stay with basic bolt ons (i/h/e) i dont need the PTS kit, only if i am going FI or nitrous...but if i want to feel the most i can get out of the tranny i will need the Torque Converter? thats what you are saying right?

i called levelten before and they told me that with the pts kit and torque converter and the hydrovalve thing...the tranny should be able to handle 850hp...so i say thats better....actually as much as i want to have a 5-speed...i love my auto as well...its pretty funny beating civics and other cars in my auto...and you have more fun bashing them with it because they have no excuse...they are racing against an auto and how embarrasing is that when they lose....heheheh
