Prospected Gains

With this setup:
H22a1 with aftermarket head and bottom end and turbo.
After everything is done right and keeping the car streetable,
What will the whp be at?
What will Qt mile times be?
How much would it cost to get me there?

The answers will help me diceide if i should sell my car for one that upgrades for less $$.

expect 450hp (estimtaed)
with an LSD 1/4 mile times would be mid to low 12's
cost for all work and parts/ tuning well over $20k

You've got wayyyyy too many variables here dude.

Turbo kits can run from 3500.00 to 5000.00+ for a custom setup.

Likewise, built motors can span a huge range in dollars.

People have hp numbers anywhere from the low/mid 200's to 500+, although I think that anything more than 300 is pushing the streetability envelope.

In short, you need to be more specific...start by telling us how much money you're willing to throw at this, or what your horsepower goals are. Without a little more information, you're really not going to get much help.

turbo= you wouldnt drive your car for very long. Try to find someone on this board that has had a turbo an no problems after 3 months.
