Project car! Need advise.

So I bought this 95 vtec for $650. The only thing the car does well is that it runs and drives(timing belt and such just done). The motor is smoother than my 93 Si which has been mostly babied since I've owned it. Any who, I think the pics speak for themselves but I'm looking for any advise on what's the best(cheapest) way of going about and fixing the rust issues. I'm selling my Si soon and will be turning this one into the daily driver, and it's worth wondering how much work I should throw into this thing. It's going into the shop next week to fix a couple of leaky seals, and to get a new cat back system. The car is definitely intriguing as it does have the oem fog lights and center speaker in between the rear seats. Also, any info on how to get rid of the SRS light which is on, would be nice. Thanks for any input!

Best advice: Swap that engine into the Si (assuming it doesn't have rust). That is a nasty case of Honda rot right there. Body work is really f-ing expensive.

No swaps!

Basically I'm looking to fix this one up and also sell it when the time comes. I have some friends who do body work but wanted to see if anyone else had personally done any sort of rust repair comparable to this. I'd prefer to do much as I can before shelling out $$$ to someone else.

I'm selling my Si. I'm using the money from that to save for either an Eclipse GSX or 3000GT VR-4. My Si has some light surface rust in the typical areas. It's getting the major stuff done to it within the next month(timing belt, water pump, etc) and then a paint job before it goes up for sale. It should fetch around $4000 with all the mods and work done to it.

sand it all down and bondo the sh*t out of it 8-0!!!! jk seriously though that looks like a little too much time for self repair unless you won the lotto dont have to work and have nothing but time. I would just junkyard or buy new parts and panels prep and get them painted and...just cuz i like the look tear those seats out and replace them with s2k leathers and dye the interior...cheaper would be doing it your self BETTER would be new panels and parts. just my .02

btw with ur srs. i would remove the bulb (if you can) or take it to the stealership and pay them $80 for them to tell you that ur SRS light is on and your air bags may or may not work!! and they will turn it off but if the problem with the srs is still there it will come back on 15 min and $80 after you leave!
