problems, oh problems. HELP!

okay the car seemed to have no pull on it and something was knocking or tapping, so i adjusted the vavles to specs (.006" for exhaust and .003" for intake) on my f22b and it seemed to pull like all hell broke loose last night. anyways, last night, the car would not idle AT ALL, so i reset the ecu and drove around a few times, not getting on it, and it would not idle. i left the battery cable unplugged and then plugged it back in this morning and then NO IDLE, along with (what seems like) no power. i have no clue what is wrong with my car. my dad came out there to see what in the hell i was doing and he said it sounded like the motor wasnt getting enough fuel. No CEL or anything. the oil light comes on immediately when the motor stalls, followed but the battery light, but i think those are "standard"

PLEASE HELP!

go back and recheck everything - sounds like something went wrong when you did the adjustment. Did you recheck everything after you tightened them all? My idle went down a tad after doing a valve adjustment (went .001 tighter than spec for increased response) but it still idles. It has stalled a couple times but I'm hoping to bump up the idle speed soon and that should take care of it.

i rechecked everything and rechecked the torque before i put the valve cover back on. this idle problem has been going on for about 1.5 years, it just happens every one in a while. when i just start the car, it idles fine, with no problems, then as soon as i get the rpms about 2k, this thing starts. i was just standing in front of the car with the hood popped giving it gas, and its almost like it stalls then starts back up again.....
