Problems with heat

I've been here and got a few answer which I appreciate but I have a new question. With my 92 I can't get the heat/air selector to move off off cold to hot to produce heat. Well, Ohios' winter weather isn't the best to not have heat in. Does anyone know what it is or what I need to do to fix this? Because I need heat with this below 0 weather. Thanks in advance and hope to hear back soon.

Probably something to do with the cable or mode motor. Ur gonna need to get under the dash and look around. Here is a couple parts diagrams to help you out.

PreludePower.com is a joke and is ran by kids. The Off Topic Whores and the MODS who require being respected and threaten people when they feel they are not. What a joke. BTW, don't ask them a question as they will answer with a ban.

SoCalPrelude.com MODS only inforce rules on some and not on all. Kyle is a joke.

BTW, Eric Schultz in CA is a known scammer. He did it to me, he can do it to you. Just a heads up. Know as "backinblue92" here on PO.com

The cable goes through the firewall and attaches to a lever that controls the temperature. Mine used to be stuck on HOT. If your heat/cool closer feels stuck or snaps back to cold, this is most likely your problem. Its a tough part to get access to as well.
