Problems after Engine swap

I went from an H23 to an H22, but after the person I hired put in the engine the fuel pump died, after 2 months I got the time and the money and put in a new fuel pump now the engine will idle but the D4 light (auto trans) is flashing and when I put my foot on the gas nothing changes just idle I try to put the car in gear and it is not doing anything just idle, would this be caused by an incorrect ECU or is there something I am missing?

Not sure if I need to have the ECU problems

Someone told me that I might have gotten a Manual transmission and not an auto that is why the D4 light will flash with new ecu and not with old p14(the engine won't start with this ecu at all) but with the new ecu it will idle nicely but pressing the gas pedal does nothing no rpm changes at all

What if you go to the engine and turn the throttle manually? If you use the blue jumper it will tell you a trouble code using the d4 light just like the check engine light.

I'm no expert with this stuff but I seem to remember that since 4th gen auto ludes use the main ecu to control the tranny that a jdm vtec auto ecu is needed. But you would think the engine would at least rev while pressing the gas.

Edit- Here is one on ebay

92-95 JDM HONDA PRELUDE P13 OBD1 ECU ECM VTEC AUTO H22A: eBay Motors (item 370422702859 end time Oct-19-10 15:25:58 PDT)

I tried to turn the Throttle body and nothing happened to the rpms, I did the blue jumper wire and got codes 1-4 and 1-2-8 and I do have a h22a engine
