My buddy got his motor put in a week ago.Everything is fine but when the motor is cold like in the mornings theres some hesitation between 2500-3000rpm.

does anybody know what the problem could be?

I was thinking...what about if we used the JDM ECU? I know I have a problem that if I have been driving my car and take a break for about 5 minutes and come back to driving that my car really hesitates off the start. After the first hesitation, I never have any problems off the start. I was considering maybe swapping in the JDM ECU...I dunno

What do you have for an air intake?

I've noticed my car is really sluggish in the low end since I went back to the stock airbox .. I'm going to get a flowmaster foam filter and slap it in my airbox as opposed to the OEM filter and see how that pans out ..
