Problem at full throttle

After I changed the timing belt and a number of other thing I notive that under full throttle my car sputters. It feels like the car is going to stall but when I let off the gas its fine. Someone told me it might be emissions but im not sure any else had this problem or might be able to give me a good place to start looking to find out what it is......thanks

Could be a fuel filter, could be your EGR system is full of junk, could be a fuel pressure regulator, .................
I would check your filters including air.

I would probably say it's either the Rotary Girder or the Flux Capacitor.
