probably covered before but help me!! springs and shocks for 4th gen?? - Honda Prelude Forum

which springs are the best quality? which brand lowers what distance? which shocks are the best to get etc. best values what do people reccomend? is there a FAQ on this cause im in the market for a new suspension springs (and i assume shocks cause my car'll prob break rite?) post or email tommygun124@hotmail.com if you'd like to help me

ok well im not looking to go over 500$ for the package.... i got 17 inch adr sokudos what drop would look good? got any combos for about 500 or less with a good " drop? any sites or good deals or people who are selling? let me know please, please include sites, prices, and drop of whatever u guys reccomend THANKS A LOT

maybe AGX shock + Sport Or Race Neuspeed Spring....depend on how low you want to go

Umm, hard to get below $500 especially if ur counting installation, but AGX and nuespeed combo can get pretty cheap...i think AGX is the cheapest shock that is very good and nuespeed is one of the cheapest springs that's very good...but koni yellow and eibach prokits is an awesome combo

not counting installation... prolly wanna go 1.5-2 or 2.25

I don't know anyone who has those but if the springs are designed around the shocks/struts then it might be a nice combination. I would bet it has a good ride quality too.

I know a person with thses. He said after the spring settled, he was dropped about 1.7". He seems to like the ride, I never rode in his car though. He said the springs look like they were made by Eibach. I'm not sure if the shocks are adjustable or not. I would go with the KYB AGX + Neuspeed combo for a little more money.
