Depends on whether you want to tune them. You'll get gains with just the new cams but you can get more by tuning them. Not necessary, just a suggestion if you have the $$$.
don't make a stupid mistake, just use an OEM timing belt and an OEM valve cover gasket. You should never buy any kinda of engine part for your car made by or for a company called Qualitee. I wouldn't take chances with my timing belt, you shouldn't either.

^^ what's the part number? Maybe it's just me, but I find myself referring to the aforementioned part number as "cam seals" as they fit on the end of the cam shafts and conveniently are listed under the camshaft section of the honda parts catalog.
when i did my head i used all factory stuff from honda, most of which was in stock some whas ordered and there the next day.. its the only way to go a few bucks more but its worth the peice of mind especially when you are doing performance upgrades.. even more so for belts with aftermarket cams, for some reason people with aftermarket cams have been more prone to breaking belts. I know when I do stage 3's im going to an aftermarket belt.
