Preparations to get a 4th gen + emissions question

Hello

I have a few questions: I am preparing to get a 4th gen Prelude, i`m looking at a `93 or `94 model. The first question would be: what are the most important things to check when buying it. I saw a thread about this some time ago here, but i couldn`t find it. Any advice is wellcome. From what i heard: rust in the rear quarterpannels, around the sunroof, check under the hood the radiator mounts for signs of welding, the bumpers, doors, must be really well aligned, there is a way to do a sort of diagnosis, with a jumper wire in a plug somewhere under the dash - info about this would be wellcome

The second question is about the emissions class: i couldn`t find specific info about the 4th gen being EURO 1 or EURO 2. Nobody knows for sure and it would be really important because when i register it in my country the fees are really high if it is euro 1. (euro 2 is ~700euros and euro 1 is ~1400 euros)

Thanx

the number one thing i always look for when buying a car is rust. if the body or the frame has rust, i wont take it. 2nd thing i look for and question is the engine. how many miles? has it been raced all the time? is everything working? what new parts does it need to run right, etc.

your other question i cant help yah with but thats wut i always do when i buy a car

One more question. just saw a 92 model. There is something weird about the armrest between the seats. Is it supposed to be that far behind? I mean, you can`t reach the shifter while using the armrest. I heard the 94 or 95 models were different in that way?

Could someone show me the differences between the interiors? Any pics would be usefull.
